WE ARE HIRING — Staff Accounting Penempatan: Bekasi | Full-time Position

Generate Recruitment Agency bekerja sama dengan salah satu client kami yang bergerak industri retail penjualan oleh-oleh Haji dan Umroh sedang membuka kesempatan untuk posisi Staff Accounting.

Posisi ini akan berfokus pada pengelolaan accounting operasional toko, administrasi transaksi penjualan, serta penggunaan sistem Zahir Accounting dan Zahir POS untuk mendukung operasional bisnis berjalan dengan baik dan terstruktur.

Tanggung Jawab :

  • Melakukan input dan pengelolaan transaksi keuangan menggunakan Zahir Accounting.
  • Mengoperasikan Zahir POS untuk transaksi penjualan toko.
  • Melakukan proses kasir dan closing harian toko.
  • Membuat dan mengelola barcode produk.
  • Menentukan dan menginput harga jual produk ke dalam sistem.
  • Melakukan pengecekan laporan penjualan dan stock barang.
  • Membantu administrasi accounting dan dokumentasi transaksi harian.

Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan minima D3/S1 Akuntansi atau relevan.
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Staff Accounting atau Admin Accounting, diutamakan dari industri retail.
  • Menguasai Zahir Accounting dan Zahir POS.
  • Memahami alur operasional kasir toko, administrasi penjualan, serta pencatatan transaksi harian.
  • Memiliki kemampuan dalam pembuatan barcode dan penentuan harga jual produk.
  • Teliti, disiplin, bertanggung jawab, serta memiliki kemampuan analisa dan problem solving yang baik.
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Summarecon Bekasi.
