WE'RE HIRING | Staff Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) – Surabaya

Placement: Surabaya - Full Time Position

Generate Recruitment Agency bekerja sama dengan salah satu klien kami di bidang konstruksi sedang membuka kesempatan bagi talenta kreatif untuk bergabung sebagai Staff FAT. Kami sedang mencari individu yang teliti, bertanggung jawab, dan memiliki pemahaman yang baik mengenai proses administrasi keuangan untuk bergabung bersama tim kami.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Melakukan monitoring dan pencatatan Accounts Receivable (AR) dan Accounts Payable (AP) secara akurat.
  • Memantau aging piutang serta melakukan follow up penagihan kepada pelanggan.
  • Membuat, memeriksa, dan mengelola invoice sesuai prosedur perusahaan.
  • Melakukan rekonsiliasi pembayaran dengan invoice dan data transaksi.
  • Melakukan pencatatan transaksi keuangan sesuai standar akuntansi.
  • Mengelola dan mengarsipkan dokumen keuangan secara rapi dan sistematis.
  • Membantu penyusunan laporan keuangan dan administrasi Finance, Accounting & Tax.

Kualifikasi

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Akuntansi (diutamakan)
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Accounting Staff / Staff AR AP / Finance Accounting (di industri konstruksi lebih disukai)
  • Memahami proses Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), pembuatan invoice, rekonsiliasi, dan aging piutang.
  • Menguasai Microsoft Excel serta software akuntansi.
  • Memiliki pemahaman dasar mengenai perpajakan.
  • Teliti, bertanggung jawab, jujur, dan memiliki kemampuan administrasi yang baik.
