WE ARE HIRING — Tax & Accounting Supervisor

Penempatan: Tigaraksa, Tangerang | Full-time Position

Generate Recruitment Agency bekerja sama dengan klien kami, perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang FMCG/distribusi, dalam mencari kandidat terbaik untuk posisi Tax & Accounting Supervisor.

Posisi ini akan bertanggung jawab dalam memastikan seluruh proses akuntansi dan perpajakan perusahaan berjalan secara efektif, akurat, dan sesuai regulasi.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Mengelola dan memastikan proses financial reporting serta month-end closing berjalan tepat waktu dan akurat
  • Mengawasi seluruh aktivitas perpajakan perusahaan, termasuk PPN, PPh 21, dan PPh 23 sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku.
  • Melakukan rekonsiliasi pajak dan menyiapkan kebutuhan audit perpajakan maupun audit keuangan.
  • Mengawasi proses Accounts Payable (AP) dan Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Melakukan monitoring, evaluasi, dan analisis biaya operasional untuk mendukung profitabilitas perusahaan.
  • Memastikan implementasi internal control dan tata kelola keuangan perusahaan berjalan dengan baik.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan pihak internal maupun eksternal terkait kebutuhan laporan keuangan dan perpajakan.
  • Memimpin serta mengarahkan tim untuk mencapai target dan standar kerja yang ditetapkan.

Requirements:

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Akuntansi, Perpajakan, atau jurusan terkait.
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang Accounting & Tax, dengan pengalaman sebagai Supervisor menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Berpengalaman di industri FMCG atau distribusi.
  • Memahami proses financial reporting, month-end closing, tax compliance, dan audit preparation.
  • Menguasai aplikasi Coretax dan sistem akuntansi menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Memiliki kemampuan leadership, problem solving, dan pengambilan keputusan yang baik.
  • Tegas, teliti, bertanggung jawab, serta mampu bekerja dalam lingkungan yang dinamis
