WE ARE HIRING — Supervisor Finance, Accounting & Tax

Penempatan: Kemantren Pakualaman, Yogyakarta | Full-time Position

Generate Recruitment Agency membuka kesempatan bagi profesional berpengalaman di bidang Finance, Accounting, dan Tax untuk bergabung bersama salah satu klien kami.

Kami mencari kandidat yang memiliki kemampuan analisa keuangan yang kuat, detail terhadap angka, serta mampu memastikan pengelolaan keuangan perusahaan berjalan akurat, efisien, dan sesuai regulasi.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Mengawasi pencatatan transaksi keuangan agar sesuai standar akuntansi
  • Menyusun dan mereview laporan keuangan bulanan dan tahunan
  • Mengelola serta mengontrol arus kas (cash flow) perusahaan
  • Menyusun, memonitor, dan mengevaluasi anggaran perusahaan
  • Mengontrol pengeluaran serta memastikan efisiensi biaya operasional
  • Mengelola kewajiban perpajakan perusahaan (PPN, PPh, dan pelaporan pajak)
  • Melakukan analisis laporan keuangan dan pajak untuk kebutuhan manajemen
  • Menyediakan data dan laporan keuangan untuk kebutuhan audit maupun internal

Requirements:

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Akuntansi / Keuangan / Perpajakan
  • Pengalaman minimal 2–3 tahun di bidang Finance & Accounting (lebih diutamakan level Supervisor)
  • Memahami laporan keuangan, cash flow, budgeting, dan analisis biaya
  • Menguasai perpajakan (PPN, PPh, serta pelaporan pajak)
  • Terbiasa menggunakan software akuntansi (Accurate, SAP, atau sejenisnya)
  • Teliti, rapi, memiliki integritas tinggi
  • Mampu bekerja mandiri maupun dalam tim serta terbiasa dengan target dan deadline
