WE ARE HIRING — Sales Supervisor FMCG Penempatan: Cibinong, Bogor | Full-time Position

Generate Recruitment Agency bekerja sama dengan klien kami, sebuah perusahaan distributor FMCG, dalam mencari kandidat terbaik untuk posisi Sales Supervisor FMCG. Posisi ini akan bertanggung jawab dalam memimpin tim sales, memastikan pencapaian target penjualan, mengembangkan strategi bisnis, serta membangun hubungan yang baik dengan customer untuk mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis perusahaan.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Memimpin, mengarahkan, dan memonitor aktivitas tim sales agar target penjualan tercapai secara optimal.
  • Menyusun work plan dan business plan sebagai strategi pengembangan penjualan di area yang menjadi tanggung jawab.
  • Membangun serta menjaga hubungan baik dengan customer dan memastikan kepuasan pelanggan.
  • Menangani permasalahan maupun keluhan yang disampaikan oleh customer maupun anggota tim sales.
  • Melakukan back-check kepada customer untuk memastikan kualitas layanan dan hubungan bisnis tetap terjaga.
  • Melakukan analisis dan evaluasi terhadap pencapaian target penjualan serta menyusun strategi perbaikan.
  • Memberikan coaching, mentoring, dan pengembangan kompetensi kepada tim sales guna meningkatkan performa kerja.
  • Melakukan join visit bersama salesman ke outlet atau toko untuk memberikan arahan dan evaluasi di lapangan.

Requirements:

  • Pendidikan minimal D3 atau S1 dari semua jurusan.
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di industri FMCG dan minimal 3 tahun sebagai Sales Supervisor.
  • Berpengalaman memimpin, mengembangkan, dan melakukan coaching terhadap tim sales.
  • Memiliki kemampuan analisis penjualan, problem solving, dan pengambilan keputusan yang baik.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, serta interpersonal yang baik.
  • Terbiasa membuat work plan, business plan, dan melakukan evaluasi pencapaian target penjualan.
  • Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office, khususnya Microsoft Excel.
  • Wajib memiliki SIM C aktif dan sepeda motor pribadi.
  • Memiliki smartphone Android.
  • Diutamakan berdomisili di wilayah Bogor atau Depok.
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Cibinong, Bogor.
