WE ARE HIRING — Staff Trading & Quality Control Specialist (Crude Glycerine) Penempatan: Jakarta | Full-time Position

Generate Recruitment Agency bekerja sama dengan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang perdagangan dan ekspor produk turunan kelapa sawit (Palm Derivatives), dalam mencari kandidat terbaik untuk posisi Staff Trading & Quality Control Specialist (Crude Glycerine).

Posisi ini akan bertanggung jawab dalam melakukan inspeksi kualitas material, verifikasi kuantitas, mendukung aktivitas trading, serta memastikan setiap pengiriman memenuhi standar kualitas yang dipersyaratkan oleh buyer internasional.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Melakukan inspeksi, grading, dan verifikasi kualitas Crude Glycerine sesuai standar perusahaan dan buyer.
  • Menganalisis hasil Certificate of Analysis (CoA) untuk menentukan keputusan accept, reject, atau re-sampling material.
  • Memverifikasi kualitas dan kuantitas barang sesuai Purchase Order sebelum proses stuffing.
  • Melakukan inspeksi tanki, flexibag, isotank, serta proses loading untuk mencegah kontaminasi dan kehilangan volume.
  • Melakukan kunjungan ke supplier untuk inspeksi material serta membangun hubungan kerja yang baik.
  • Mengidentifikasi supplier potensial dan mendukung proses negosiasi terkait kualitas, harga, serta jadwal pengiriman.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan buyer, surveyor, dan tim internal guna memastikan kelancaran proses pengiriman.
  • Menyusun laporan evaluasi kualitas dan aktivitas lapangan secara berkala.

Requirements:

  • Minimal D3/S1 Teknik Kimia, Kimia, Teknologi Industri Pertanian, atau jurusan terkait.
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3–5 tahun di bidang Quality Control, Cargo Inspection, Trading, Procurement, atau Palm Derivatives.
  • Memahami parameter mutu Crude Glycerine, proses sampling, inspeksi material, serta mampu membaca dan mengevaluasi Certificate of Analysis (CoA).
  • Memiliki jaringan dengan pabrik sawit, refinery, oleochemical, biodiesel, trader, atau perusahaan surveyor menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Mampu berkomunikasi aktif dalam Bahasa Inggris, baik lisan maupun tulisan.
  • Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas ke pabrik, refinery, maupun pelabuhan di seluruh Indonesia.
  • Memiliki kemampuan analitis, komunikasi, negosiasi, problem solving, serta mampu mengambil keputusan secara objektif.
  • Teliti, tegas, berintegritas tinggi, serta mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
