Generate Recruitment Agency saat ini bekerja sama dengan klien kami yang bergerak di industri Manufaktur dan membuka peluang karir bagi kandidat profesional sebagai Warehouse Manager.

Kandidat diharapkan memiliki kemampuan kepemimpinan yang kuat, pemikiran strategis, serta pengalaman dalam mengoptimalkan sistem pergudangan di lingkungan manufaktur.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Merencanakan, mengelola, dan mengendalikan seluruh aktivitas penerimaan, penyimpanan, perpindahan, serta pengeluaran bahan baku, material, dan barang jadi.
  • Memastikan ketersediaan material untuk kebutuhan produksi serta menjamin pengiriman material secara lengkap dan tepat waktu.
  • Memastikan barang jadi dipersiapkan dan dimuat sesuai jadwal pengiriman yang telah ditentukan.
  • Menjaga akurasi persediaan melalui transaksi SAP, cycle counting, stock opname, serta investigasi dan penyelesaian selisih stok.
  • Mengoptimalkan tata letak gudang (warehouse layout), kapasitas penyimpanan, sistem penempatan barang, alur material, dan penerapan metode FIFO (First In, First Out).
  • Memimpin dan mengembangkan tim gudang, termasuk perencanaan kebutuhan tenaga kerja, pembagian tugas, pemantauan produktivitas, kedisiplinan, dan peningkatan kompetensi karyawan.
  • Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap SOP, Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3), penerapan 5R/5S, regulasi kawasan berikat, keamanan barang, serta kesiapan audit.
  • Memantau pencapaian KPI, mengendalikan biaya operasional gudang, dan mengidentifikasi peluang peningkatan efisiensi.
  • Mendorong penerapan Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, waste elimination, dan program continuous improvement untuk meningkatkan produktivitas serta efektivitas operasional gudang.

Requirements:

  • Usia 30–40 tahun.
  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Industri, Manajemen Logistik, Manajemen Rantai Pasok (Supply Chain Management), atau bidang lain yang relevan.
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 tahun sebagai Warehouse Manager di perusahaan manufaktur.
  • Memiliki pengalaman memimpin tim gudang dengan jumlah lebih dari 20 karyawan.
  • Memiliki pemahaman yang kuat mengenai operasional pergudangan, pengendalian inventaris, manajemen material, dan pengendalian biaya operasional.
  • Memahami dan memiliki pengalaman dalam penerapan Lean Manufacturing, 5R/5S, waste elimination, serta program perbaikan berkelanjutan.
  • Paham dan terbiasa dalam menggunakan SAP atau sistem ERP/Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Memiliki kemampuan berpikir strategis, kepemimpinan, manajemen tim, komunikasi efektif, pemecahan masalah, dan pengambilan keputusan yang baik.
  • Mampu membangun sistem dan prosedur kerja gudang yang efektif serta memastikan implementasinya berjalan konsisten.
  • Bersedia bekerja secara penuh di lokasi pabrik (on-site) di Tangerang dan terlibat aktif dalam pemantauan operasional harian.

  • Pengaturan shift: Terdapat 2 shift operasional gudang. Kandidat perlu menyesuaikan pengelolaan operasional dengan jadwal shift yang berlaku.
