Wir suchen zum 15.10.2026 für den Standort Köln in der Abteilung Administration, Team Finanzen eine*n

Debitorenbuchalter*in

(Entgeltgruppe 8 TV-L, Arbeitszeit 25 %, 2 Jahre befristet)

Die Themen der auf Mannheim und Köln verteilten Administration von GESIS sind Organisation, Personal, Recht, Drittmittel, Vergabe, Vertrieb, Hausverwaltung und Finanzen. Die Administration hilft den Wissenschaftler*innen des Instituts, ihre Ziele unter Berücksichtigung der finanziellen und rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen zu erreichen.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Sicherstellung einer ordnungsgemäßen und nachvollziehbaren Rechnungslegung
  • Überwachung und Bearbeitung offener Forderungen
  • Aktive Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Flexible Unterstützung innerhalb des Finanzteams
  • Sicherstellung der Arbeitsabläufe bei Abwesenheiten

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise Weiterbildung zum/zur Finanzbuchhalter*in oder Debitorenbuchhalter*in
  • Berufserfahrung und fundierte Kenntnisse im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
  • Praxiserfahrung mit gängigen ERP-Systemen, idealerweise Sage 100
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägter Teamgeist
