GESIS freut sich über Bewerbungen für Forschungsaufenthalte an den Standorten Mannheim und Köln. Forschende, die gerne mit uns forschen und arbeiten möchten, können sich bei GESIS um eine Förderung bewerben. Der Forschungsaufenthalt kann für einen Zeitraum von fünf Arbeitstagen bis zu sechs Wochen geplant werden.

Erfolgreiche Bewerber*innen erhalten eine Erstattung der Reise- und Unterkunftskosten sowie ein Tagegeld gemäß des Landesreisekostengesetzes Baden-Württemberg.

Wichtige Voraussetzung: Interessierte werden gebeten, zunächst eigenständig die*den GESIS-Mitarbeiter*innen persönlich zu kontaktieren, mit der*dem sie zusammenarbeiten möchten, und gemeinsam (idealerweise zusammen) einen kurzen Forschungsantrag (maximal 2 Seiten) für den Aufenthalt vorzubereiten. Der Antrag sollte im Vorfeld mit Ihrer*Ihrem GESIS-Kooperationspartner*in abgestimmt worden sein.

Ihre Bewerbung

Das Bewerbungsformular besteht aus mehreren Fragen zu Ihrer Forschung, Ihrer Arbeit und Ihrem Aufenthalt bei GESIS. Bitte beantworten Sie alle Fragen sorgfältig. Zusätzlich stellen Sie uns bitte folgende Dokumente zur Verfügung:

  1. Anschreiben (einschließlich Angaben darüber, wann Sie Ihren Forschungsaufenthalt durchführen und mit wem Sie bei GESIS zusammenarbeiten möchten)
  2. Lebenslauf (einschließlich Angaben zu zwei Referenzen: Name, Institution, Adresse, Telefonnummer und E-Mail-Adresse)
  3. Forschungsantrag: Dieser sollte Ihre Forschungsfrage, Ihre Hypothesen, die Daten sowie die von Ihnen geplanten Analysemethoden enthalten; maximal zwei A4-Seiten, einschließlich der Literaturliste.
