Nous recherchons un Coordinateur Qualité – Quart de soir pour superviser les activités d'une équipe qualité au sein d'un environnement manufacturier aéronautique. Principales responsabilités : Superviser, mobiliser et accompagner une équipe de 15 à 25 employés syndiqués. Gérer la charge de travail, les performances individuelles et les indicateurs de performance (KPI). Assurer le respect des objectifs de qualité, des délais et des procédures internes. Piloter les initiatives d'amélioration continue et de résolution de problèmes. Développer les compétences des employés par le coaching et l'accompagnement. Standardiser les processus et favoriser le partage des meilleures pratiques. Veiller au respect des exigences de qualité, de conformité et de sécurité. Profil Expérience en gestion d'équipe dans un environnement manufacturier syndiqué. Expérience en qualité ou dans l'industrie aéronautique considérée comme un atout. Excellentes compétences en leadership, gestion d'équipe et communication. Bonne maîtrise des principes du Lean Manufacturing et de l'amélioration continue. Capacité à gérer les priorités, à travailler sous pression et à respecter des délais serrés. Autonomie, rigueur, jugement et orientation vers les résultats. Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit. Disponibilité pour travailler sur le quart de soir.
