DEINE ZUKÜNFTIGE AUFGABE

  • Du bist Ansprechpartner zu internen und externen Schnittstellen und übernimmst Verwaltungs- und Organisationstätigkeiten bzgl. unserer Energieerzeugungsanlagen.
  • Wir verlassen uns auf Deine Expertise, wenn es um die Erstellung von Angeboten, Aufträgen und das Bearbeiten von Rechnungen geht.
  • Du bist für das Auslösen kurzfristiger Maßnahmen zur Störungsbehebung sowie Nachverfolgung dieser Aufträge zuständig.
  • Auch die (Stamm-)Datenpflege wissen wir bei Dir bestens aufgehoben.
  • Die vorausschauende Planung von Arbeitsaufkommen und Kapazitäten rundet Dein vielfältiges Aufgabengebiet ab.

DU ALS MENSCH UND WAS DU MITBRINGST

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Organisation, Verwaltung oder Assistenz
  • Technisches Verständnis ist von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
