Per azienda cliente del settore telecomunicazioni ed ICT selezioniamo: Back office commerciale - Chinese speaker The role requires strong organizational and coordination skills, as well as a willingness to develop technical and commercial knowledge of the Utility-Scale PV & BESS industry. Responsibilities Coordinate departmental management meetings, prepare meeting minutes and follow up on key action items. Support sales forecasting activities and prepare related reports for management. Support the sales team in organizing e-Plus activities and executing internal business processes. Assist with loan contract BOQ preparation, contract/PO amendments, and revenue recognition-related activities. Coordinate the tender process, including document preparation, internal follow-up and tender submission. Requirements Previous experience in sales support, business coordination or a similar administrative role is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage. Basic understanding of commercial processes; knowledge of the Utility-Scale PV & BESS industry is preferred. Strong organizational, time-management and multitasking skills, with attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently. High level of integrity and confidentiality. Good command of English, both written and spoken.
