Per azienda cliente del settore lusso selezioniamo: DEMAND PLANNER ASSISTANT (SUPPLY CHAIN) In un contesto internazionale e dinamico del retail beauty, la Supply Chain è il motore che trasforma idee, campagne e lanci prodotto in disponibilità reale per clienti e store. Per rafforzare il team Demand & Supply Planning, ricerchiamo un/una Demand Planner Assistant con forte attitudine analitica, precisione e capacità di coordinamento. La tua missione Supportare il team Demand Planning nella gestione operativa delle previsioni di vendita e dei flussi informativi, contribuendo a garantire il corretto replenishment di negozi ed e-commerce e il successo di lanci, promozioni e iniziative commerciali. Cosa farai concretamente? Supporterai il Demand Planning su 3 aree chiave: Assortment Management, New Product Launches, Promotions & Animations. Ti coordinerai con i dipartimenti interni (Marketing, Offer, Sales, ecc.) e con il team Supply Chain europeo per assicurare un flusso informativo puntuale e coerente. Inserirai e aggiornerai le informazioni nel sistema di forecasting per calcolare le previsioni di vendita e gestire il rifornimento store/e-commerce. Monitorerai alert ed eccezioni del sistema, verificandole con gli stakeholder coinvolti e contribuendo alla loro risoluzione. Manterrai un contatto costante con i team Offer e Sales, aggiornandoli in modo proattivo sullo stato delle priorità e delle iniziative in corso. Analizzerai e monitorerai i principali KPI del team, affiancando i demand planner nell'identificazione di azioni di miglioramento. Chi cerchiamo? Laurea in Economia o percorso di studi affine Circa 1 anno di esperienza in ambito planning (la provenienza dal retail è un plus). Excel avanzato (la conoscenza di sistemi di forecasting è un plus). Inglese fluente (requisito indispensabile). Approccio analitico, orientamento al risultato, attenzione al dettaglio e capacità di lavorare in un contesto rapido e in continuo cambiamento. Orario di lavoro: full time lun - ven. Possibilità di lavoro da remoto.
