Mantenere e sviluppare relazioni di lungo termine con clienti, concessionari, società di noleggio, appaltatori e altri stakeholder chiave. Promuovere il portafoglio prodotti Gestire un approccio go-to-market misto, che includa attività di vendita diretta e sviluppo del business tramite concessionari. Collaborare strettamente con l'attuale rete di concessionari per massimizzare la copertura del mercato e la performance commerciale. Individuare nuove opportunità di business, trend di mercato e iniziative di crescita all'interno del territorio. Preparare proposte commerciali, preventivi e presentazioni di vendita. Partecipare a visite clienti, dimostrazioni, fiere ed eventi di settore. Collaborare con i team di service, aftermarket e supporto prodotto per garantire elevati livelli di soddisfazione del cliente. Contribuire alla definizione e all'implementazione delle strategie di sviluppo del territorio. Garantire previsioni di vendita accurate, aggiornamenti CRM e attività di reporting. - Hai queste competenze e caratteristiche? - Formazione: background tecnico (ingegneria o diploma/laurea tecnica) - Lingue: ottima conoscenza dell'italiano. Buona conoscenza operativa dell'inglese. - Pregressa esperienza in un ruolo commerciale, di supporto alle vendite, sviluppo business o a contatto con il cliente. - L'esperienza nei settori delle macchine per costruzioni, attrezzature industriali, beni strumentali, automotive, macchinari agricoli o settori correlati è considerata un plus. - Buona padronanza degli strumenti Microsoft Office e dei sistemi CRM.
