Di cosa ti occuperai: Sviluppo del business aziendale con nuovi clienti mappatura analisi e studio della clientela nel territorio di competenza per identificare potenziali nuovi clienti attività di cold call (primo contatto telefonico) verso nuovi potenziali clienti e sviluppare proposte di vendita efficaci attività di follow-up post-vendita Costruire e mantenere relazioni con i clienti fungendo da punto di contatto primario per le esigenze quotidiane Preparare presentazioni ed offerte commerciali Partecipare ad attività di networking ed eventi Gestire aggiornare e garantire la data quality del CRM aziendale Comprendere e supportare l'analisi delle mutevoli condizioni del mercato assicurativo e della gestione del rischio Garantire la conformità ai protocolli aziendali e ai requisiti normativi locali Comprendere l'esposizione al rischio della clientela e supportare i colleghi senior nella consulenza sulle soluzioni di strategia assicurativa e nella gestione dei portafogli clienti Attraverso il Sales Graduate Programme potrai: Partecipare alla Sales Academy: percorso strutturato con formazione tecnica e teorica, simulazioni pratiche e team building, per sviluppare competenze in un ambiente stimolante, dinamico e collaborativo. Un tutor, un mentor e un buddy ti accompagneranno e supporteranno durante tutto il tuo percorso favorendo il tuo inserimento e la tua crescita. Requisiti: Laureand/Laureat in discipline Economiche, Giuridiche, delle Scienze Politiche, Sociali o delle Relazioni Internazionali o affini Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (B2) Buona conoscenza e padronanza nell'utilizzo del pacchetto Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) e dei principali strumenti informatici Interesse e curiosità per il settore assicurativo e del rischio Cosa offriamo: 6 mesi di stage, 1000 euro di rimborso spese mensile e buoni pasto da €8 per ogni giorno lavorato, smart working policy e iniziative per il benessere.
