Anyway Green lavora a fianco degli amministratori di condominio per semplificare la gestione delle forniture luce e gas, ottimizzare i costi e accompagnare gli edifici nei percorsi di efficientamento energetico. Per rafforzare la loro rete commerciale sul territorio, ricerchiamo: SALES ACCOUNT con esperienza nel settore condominiale Che si occuperà di gestire e sviluppare il pacchetto clienti dell'area assegnata con responsabilità di: Promozione delle offerte luce e gas, ottimizzazione contrattuale e efficientamento energetico (fotovoltaico, sistemi ibridi, servizi di energia) per i condomini; Gestione completa della trattativa commerciale; Fidelizzazione del cliente nel tempo; Raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita Hai queste competenze e caratteristiche? Esperienza nel settore condominiale (amministratori, fornitori di servizi al condominio, energia o affini); Conoscenza delle dinamiche decisionali degli amministratori; Attitudine commerciale e consulenziale; Autonomia nella gestione del territorio e degli appuntamenti; Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative Orario di lavoro: lunedì - venerdì dalle 8:30 alle 12:30 e dalle 14:30 alle 18:30 Offerta Contrattuale: Inserimento con contratto di assunzione diretta a tempo indeterminato CCNL applicato: Terziario Distribuzione e Servizi Confcommercio Livello di inquadramento: III livello La retribuzione prevista è compresa tra € 30.000 e € 36.000 lordi annui definita in base all'inquadramento contrattuale, alle mansioni previste e alle caratteristiche della posizione. Sono inoltre previsti: ticket restaurant elettronici da 8€ per ogni giorno lavorato, auto aziendale ad uso promiscuo, carta carburante e telepass, telefono, pc. È inoltre previsto un sistema incentivante secondo i criteri definiti dalla contrattazione aziendale o le policy applicate dal cliente.
