Entrerai in un contesto strutturato e internazionale, lavorando su componenti complessi e processi ad alta precisione, con forte collaborazione tra ufficio tecnico e produzione. Junior Manufacturing Engineer (Neolaureati) - Settore Aerospace Sede: Rivalta di Torino (TO) Azienda: Multinazionale leader nel settore aerospace Contratto: iniziali 6 mesi in somministrazione (CCNL Metalmeccanico) RAL indicativa: 28.000 - 32.000 € Cosa farai: Sviluppare e implementare processi di produzione per nuovi prodotti e per il miglioramento di quelli esistenti Progettare e validare cicli di lavorazione (router) e documentazione tecnica secondo standard aziendali e requisiti cliente Applicare principi di Design for Manufacturing e contribuire alla stabilità di processo (approccio Lean / Six Sigma) Collaborare con team interfunzionali (produzione, qualità, ingegneria) per validare processi, attrezzature e tooling Supportare la produzione nella risoluzione problemi (analisi causa radice e azioni correttive permanenti) Interfacciarti con fornitori esterni per realizzazione attrezzature e/o lavorazioni esterne Contribuire a iniziative di miglioramento continuo su qualità, scarti e costi Requisiti Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Meccanica o Aerospaziale (valutiamo profili junior/neolaureati) Inglese fluente (B2/C1 reale): fondamentale soprattutto parlato Ottima conoscenza del disegno tecnico e capacità di interpretare specifiche e documentazione di produzione Plus (preferenziali) Esperienza (anche tirocinio/tesi) in ambito Process Engineering / Qualità / Tecnologie Conoscenze di lavorazioni meccaniche/CAM Approccio data-driven, problem solving, strumenti Lean/Six Sigma Conoscenza CAD/CAM (es.
