Per importante e rinomato ente del territorio barese, operante nel settore dei servizi alle imprese, nello specifico nelle attività di promozione dei processi di internazionalizzazione, innovazione e di creazione/incubazione di imprese operanti nel settore della conoscenza e della creatività, ricerchiamo un INGEGNERE PER ATTIVITÀ DI ASSISTENZA ALL'UFFICIO TECNICO La risorsa verrà inserita con ruolo di assistenza tecnica, amministrativa e operativa al responsabile dell'ufficio tecnico dell'Ente, a supporto delle attività di: - programmazione, progettazione, affidamento ed esecuzione di lavori, servizi e forniture pubbliche - predisposizione degli atti tecnici e amministrativi di gara - verifica della documentazione progettuale presentata dagli operatori economici - monitoraggio procedurale, economico e temporale degli affidamenti - gestione delle problematiche tecniche quotidiane. Requisiti Laurea in Ingegneria (civile/edile/ambientale/gestionale o titolo equivalente coerente) Conoscenza di base delle procedure di affidamento e gara per lavori, servizi e forniture pubbliche Esperienza, anche minima, in enti pubblici, società di ingegneria, studi professionali o imprese del settore appalti pubblici Buona conoscenza Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Buon utilizzo di AutoCAD (o equivalente) per consultazione/modifica/predisposizione elaborati Conoscenza di software per contabilità lavori e computi (es. PriMus o equivalenti) Capacità di lettura/verifica di elaborati progettuali, computi, quadri economici, capitolati e documentazione tecnica Buona capacità di redazione di relazioni, verbali, prospetti e atti tecnici. Requisiti preferenziali Iscrizione al competente Ordine professionale; Esperienza in attività di supporto al RUP presso amministrazioni pubbliche Conoscenza della normativa su contratti pubblici, sicurezza cantieri, contabilità lavori Competenze trasversali - Precisione nella verifica documentale, autonomia e rispetto delle scadenze, problem solving, collaborazione e gestione stakeholder, affidabilità e riservatezza, comunicazione tecnica chiara, flessibilità con disponibilità a sopralluoghi. Cosa offriamo - Inserimento diretto in azienda a tempo indeterminato - Orario di lavoro: part time, dal lunedì al venerdì 19h/settimana - CCNL Commercio II livello, RAL € 15.000 - € 16.000 su base annua, calcolata su part-time 50% (19 ore settimanali) Il trattamento include: retribuzione base CCNL, welfare aziendale (es. assicurazione sanitaria, buoni pasto, ecc.) ed eventuali indennità previste. Compatibilità con attività professionali extra purchè: - non vi sia conflitto di interessi con l'Ente - l'attività extra non comprometta la disponibilità e la qualità del lavoro nell'orario contrattuale - l'attività sia comunicata e autorizzata dal Presidente/CdA *Grafton Engineering è una specializzazione di Gi Group Spa autorizzata ad operare dal Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali (Aut.
