N. 1101-SG), Multinazionale Italiana Leader nei Servizi per le Risorse Umane con oltre 200 filiali sul territorio nazionale e più di 1800 professionisti nel settore delle Risorse Umane, ricerca per multinazionale leader mondiale nel settore logistico un LOGISTICS ENGINEER Per il potenziamento della nostra struttura operativa presso la sede di San Pietro Mosezzo (NO), ricerchiamo un Ingegnere logistico con solida base ingegneristica e forte orientamento all'analisi. La figura supporterà la gestione e il miglioramento continuo dei processi di magazzino tramite analisi KPI, flussi e volumi, oltre a contribuire alla definizione e all'aggiornamento di procedure operative e metodi di lavoro. Il ruolo prevede esposizione diretta verso il cliente contribuendo concretamente alle decisioni operative e ai piani di miglioramento. In particolare si occuperà di: Monitoraggio e analisi di KPI logistici, flussi e volumi di magazzino Creazione e aggiornamento di dashboard/report a supporto delle decisioni operative Analisi dei processi end-to-end (ricevimento, stoccaggio, picking, spedizione, inventari) e proposta di azioni di efficientamento Attività di continuous improvement e standardizzazione (es. logiche 5S/6S, con attenzione anche a qualità e sicurezza) Redazione/aggiornamento di SOP e Work Instructions e verifica di coerenza tra documentazione e operatività reale Interazione con i team operativi e di supporto; lavoro a stretto contatto con il team del cliente e con il responsabile di riferimento Requisiti Laurea in Ingegneria (preferibilmente gestionale/industriale/logistica o affini) Esperienza indicativa: 3 anni in contesti logistici e/o di magazzino Excel avanzato, familiarità con ERP e strumenti di reportistica/dashboard Inglese fluente (necessario per riunioni tecniche e interazioni operative) Plus: Power BI, AutoCAD Competenze e caratteristiche richieste: Cerchiamo una persona proattiva, con spiccato senso di problem solving, capacità di gestire priorità e situazioni critiche, attitudine al lavoro in team e capacità di presentare analisi e raccomandazioni in modo chiaro anche in contesti con cliente. Formazione e crescita Previsti 2-3 mesi di formazione e affiancamento con il responsabile e un percorso di crescita con progressivo ampliamento di responsabilità su processi, standard e progetti di miglioramento. OFFERTA CONTRATTUALE Offerta Contrattuale: Inserimento con contratto a tempo indeterminato in azienda Inquadramento: CCNL Trasporti e Logistica, range RAL: €32.000 - €35.000 (verrà commisurata all'esperienza maturata).
