Per importante azienda cliente, leader del settore biomedicale, selezioniamo una risorsa da inserire in organico come: JR FACILITY ENGINEER Di cosa ti occuperai? - supportare nella pianificazione e gestione degli interventi e dei progetti volti a garantire le funzionalità dei servizi ordinari tra i quali pulizie tecniche, riscaldamento, raffrescamento uffici e aree produttive, manutenzioni ordinarie e straordinarie di immobili, aree verdi, impianti elettrici, idraulici, termici - supportare nella gestione delle pratiche (autorizzazioni/concessioni/richieste assicurazione) e nei rapporti con enti pubblici di competenza - supportare il Manager nei piani di manutenzione predittiva delle utilities presenti (trigeneratore, compressori, serbatoi in pressione, attrezzature di sollevamento, sistemi di abbattimento/aspirazione, impianti antincendio, UTA) - Supportare nella pianificazione dei progetti e gestione dei cantieri, garantendo l'organizzazione delle varie fasi progettuali nel rispetto della normativa vigente in materia di sicurezza e ambiente e delle procedure di sito - Garantire la gestione dell'implementazione dei piani correttivi relativi alla chiusura delle segnalazioni in materia di sicurezza e ambiente - Collaborare con il servizio HSE per garantire il mantenimento del sistema di gestione ISO45001 e ISO14001 - Assicurare lo svolgimento delle attività in accordo con le procedure vigenti del sistema qualità. Hai queste competenze e caratteristiche? Laurea in Ingegneria Solida conoscenza dei processi produttivi ed aziendali Gradita pregressa esperienza minima, anche di stage, nell' ingegneria di processo, nel facility management o in area utilities Padronanza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata) Capacità relazionali e comunicative, attitudine al lavoro per obiettivi e al problem solving Attitudine al project management Orario di lavoro: Lunedì - Venerdì 8.00 - 17.00 con flessibilità in ingresso e in uscita. Offerta Contrattuale: Inserimento con contratto di staff leasing CCNL applicato: CCNL Gomma plastica Livello di inquadramento: A/C La retribuzione prevista è compresa tra 31.000 euro annui lordi e 41.000 euro annui lordi.
