Noi di Gi Group, filiale di Monselice, cerchiamo per azienda cliente del settore medicale: RESPONSABILE / COORDINATORE REPARTO DI CONFEZIONAMENTO Di cosa ti dovrai occupare? Coordinare l'operatività quotidiana del reparto, assegnando le attività al team e garantendo il rispetto delle priorità produttive. Monitorare l'avanzamento della produzione, gestendo urgenze, mancanze, richieste extra e non conformità. Analizzare capacità produttiva e carichi di lavoro (giornaliero/settimanale/mensile/annuale) in collaborazione con la Programmazione Produzione. Monitorare produttività e performance del reparto, individuando e proponendo azioni di efficientamento/miglioramento continuo. Gestire qualità di reparto, analizzando trend NC con gli Enti Qualità e seguendo azioni correttive e preventive. Implementare e mantenere standard Lean/5S e promuovere il miglioramento dei processi e dell'organizzazione. Redigere, aggiornare e presidiare SOP e documentazione del Sistema di Gestione Integrato (SGI). Gestire il personale: timbrature/permessi, formazione, sviluppo competenze e supporto a selezione/colloqui. Gestire aspetti tecnici di reparto: acquisto materiali ausiliari/consumabili (DPI e sanitizzanti), monitoraggio macchine (imballaggio) e segnalazioni guasti. Coordinare manutenzioni ordinarie/periodiche (inclusa verifica interventi in Clean Room), garantendo sicurezza e conformità e interfacciandosi con Industrializzazione/Qualità. Elaborare e proporre il budget di reparto (attività, miglioramenti, esigenze operative e investimenti), monitorandone la coerenza rispetto a obiettivi e risorse assegnate. Hai queste competenze e caratteristiche? - Leadership operativa e capacità organizzativa nella gestione di un reparto; - Esperienza nella gestione e coordinamento di risorse operative; - Capacità di analisi dati produttivi e monitoraggio performance; - Gestione di priorità, urgenze e criticità con approccio di problem solving; - Conoscenza di Non Conformità (NC) e collaborazione con enti Qualità; - Buona conoscenza e applicazione di SOP e documentazione SGI; - Conoscenza di Lean Manufacturing e applicazione 5S; - Buon utilizzo del pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel); - Familiarità con sistemi gestionali ERP e MES; - Attenzione a sicurezza e conformità in ambienti produttivi (preferibile esperienza in contesti regolamentati/clean room).
