Gi Group SpA, prima Agenzia per il Lavoro Italiana con oltre 200 filiali sul territorio nazionale e più di 1800 professionisti nel settore delle Risorse Umane, in collaborazione con il Gruppo AIMAG, multiutility attiva nei settori idrico, ambientale ed energetico, ricerca INGEGNERE ELETTRICO (ANCHE NEOLAUREATO) - IMPIANTI ELETTRICI e ILLUMINAZIONE PUBBLICA La risorsa sarà inserita in A&B Energie Srl, società del Gruppo AIMAG che si occupa di pubblica illuminazione, impianti elettrici e speciali come videosorveglianza ed impianti di antiintrusione. Attività: Gestione degli impianti di pubblica illuminazione; Monitoraggio, registrazione e gestione delle chiamate di intervento Attività di help desk a supporto dei contratti di manutenzione; Pianificazione e organizzazione delle attività operative sul campo; Coordinamento del personale operativo per interventi su chiamata; Programmazione ed esecuzione delle manutenzioni elettriche (programmate su guasto); Supporto alla gestione tecnica degli impianti elettrici e speciali. Requisiti: Laurea triennale tecnica (preferibilmente in Ingegneria Elettrica); Conoscenze in ambito elettrotecnico e automazione; Buona conoscenza dei principali componenti e sistemi tra cui apparecchiature elettriche, strumentazione di misura, impianti di produzione di energia elettrica, sistemi di trasmissione dati, impianti elettrici civili e industriali, automazione industriale, misure elettriche, impianti di illuminazione pubblica; Buona dimestichezza con strumenti informatici, in particolare CAD e pacchetto Office; Capacità organizzative e di coordinamento operativo; Attitudine al lavoro di squadra, flessibilità, affidabilità, curiosità e proattività, nel rispetto delle procedure aziendali e dei ruoli organizzativi; Disponibilità alla reperibilità; Cosa ti offriamo: Inserimento diretto in azienda a tempo indeterminato, full time, 40 ore dal lunedì al venerdì; CCNL applicato: Confapi - Unionmeccanica; Retribuzione prevista: RAL compresa tra 33.000 e 36.000 euro lordi annui, definita sulla base di criteri oggettivi e neutrali rispetto al genere, quali esperienza professionale coerente, competenze tecniche, livello di autonomia, responsabilità assegnate e coerenza con l'assetto retributivo interno; Parte variabile: premio fino a € 2.450 lordi annui, secondo quanto previsto dal CCNL Confapi - Unionmeccanica (anno di riferimento 2026, pagamento 2027); Possibilità di accesso allo smart working secondo policy aziendale.
