Per importante azienda manifatturiera di Caserta, siamo alla ricerca di un PLANT INFRASTRUCTURE SUPERVISOR PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITA' Il Plant Infrastructure Supervisor, riportando al Responsabile Manutenzione Servizi Generali e con il supporto di un collaboratore, si occupa di supervisionare, coordinare e monitorare tutte le attività edili e infrastrutturali, sia per lavori esterni che per interventi all'interno dello stabilimento, rispettando i tempi, il budget e le normative di sicurezza. La figura si distingue per la capacità di supervisionare in modo integrato e interdisciplinare le diverse aree aziendali coinvolte nella gestione del cantiere e nella manutenzione. Nel dettaglio, si occuperà delle seguenti attività: Il tecnico ha la responsabilità che i lavori edili affidati alle ditte esterne siano conformi ai progetti e alle normative di sicurezza, garantendo l'aderenza alle linee guida stabilite Monitora l'avanzamento dei lavori, assicurandosi che siano rispettati i tempi e che le risorse siano gestite correttamente per non superare il budget prefissato Assicura che i materiali utilizzati nei lavori edili siano conformi alle specifiche del progetto e che tutte le fasi di lavorazione vengano eseguite correttamente Si occupa della gestione economica dei lavori, tenendo sotto controllo le spese e le fatture, evitando sprechi e garantendo l'uso ottimale delle risorse disponibili Elabora in autonomia computi metrici inerenti opere strutturali ed infrastrutturali per progetti di minore entità, collabora con l'ente acquisti per l'assegnazione degli appalti; si avvale, quando lo ritiene opportuno, di professionisti esterni Collabora con architetti, ingegneri, imprese di costruzione per garantire che il cantiere rispetti tutte le normative e le procedure aziendali in essere Gestisce la manutenzione e il mantenimento delle strutture edili dello stabilimento, comprese strade, coperture, percorsi pluviali e fognature Si occupa della manutenzione edili dei locali e delle strutture, degli impianti sanitari, degli arredi ed accessori, garantendo la perfetta e continua funzionalità; a tal fine coordina ditte appaltatrici incaricate Requisiti richiesti Laurea o Diploma di Geometra o in ambito Tecnico Ha conseguito un'esperienza di almeno 3-5 anni in ruolo analogo presso ambienti industriali o cantieri complessi in ambito edilizio ed impiantistico Utilizzo di software come AutoCAD, Pacchetto Office, SAP per la gestione delle attività di progetto e la documentazione.
