Per solida realtà operante nell'industria edile, siamo alla ricerca di un/a Responsabile di Commessa. La persona avrà la responsabilità di seguire la commessa 'end-to-end' sul campo, garantendo che attività, squadre e fornitori lavorino in modo coordinato, mantenendo una relazione efficace con il cliente. Obiettivo del ruolo Gestire operativamente una o più commesse assicurando l'avanzamento regolare dei lavori e un controllo puntuale su programmazione, risorse, varianti, consegne e marginalità, con approccio pratico e orientamento al risultato. Attività principali Programmare commesse e cantieri: pianificare l'alternanza dei lavori nel medio-lungo periodo in funzione di scadenze contrattuali e durata dei cantieri. Organizzare le attività di apertura del cantiere fino alla chiusura, definendo attività giornaliere e settimanali, monitorando lo stato avanzamento lavori. Gestire operatività, standard e comportamenti, lavorando su efficienza, metodo e rispetto delle procedure con squadre e subappaltatori. Raccogliere esigenze e gestire criticità in modo concreto (es. ripianificazione dell'ordine di montaggio senza perdere il controllo su tempi e costi). Controllo tempi/contratti/spedizioni: presidiare consegne, vincoli contrattuali, varianti ed extra, assicurando coerenza tra accordi e operatività. Controllo economico di commessa: supportare stime e consuntivi, contribuendo alla tutela della marginalità e alla gestione economica. Collaborazione con uffici interni (tecnico, produzione, logistica) per garantire la continuità delle attività e il corretto flusso di arrivo dei materiali sui cantieri. Requisiti Laurea in Ingegneria/Architettura o Diploma di Geometra (o titolo tecnico equivalente). Esperienza indicativa di ~10 anni su cantieri industriali con ruoli di responsabilità (capocantiere / responsabile operativo / responsabile di commessa). Capacità di pianificazione, gestione priorità, avanzamento lavori e controllo economico. Disponibilità a trasferte sui cantieri (Italia settentrionale) Leadership 'sul campo', attenzione a regole, sicurezza e metodi di lavoro. Ottime doti relazionali: comunicazione chiara, negoziazione e problem solving. Affidabilità, pragmatismo e forte orientamento a tempi e consegne. Sede di lavoro: provincia di Cuneo e cantieri (Italia settentrionale) RAL indicativa: 40.000-50.000 €, commisurata all'esperienza Wyser S.r.l. è autorizzata ad operare dal Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali (Aut. Min. del 15/04/2014 Prot. N: 39/4903) e si occupa di ricerca e selezione di profili manageriali ed executive.
