Per conto di LPM Prefabbricati (<a href="https://www.lpmpref.it" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">https://www.lpmpref.it</a>/) storica azienda con presenza consolidata sul mercato italiano nella fabbricazione di prefabbricati di grandi dimensioni, ricerchiamo un* Geometra con circa 10 anni di esperienza per un ruolo di Responsabile di Commessa con forte presenza in cantiere. La figura seguirà la commessa e il cantiere quotidianamente: pianificazione montaggi, coordinamento risorse, relazione con il cliente e controllo di tempi/costi, garantendo l'esecuzione efficace dei lavori. Obiettivo del ruolo sarà assicurare che ogni commessa venga gestita con rispetto di tempi, contratti e consegne, mantenendo un presidio operativo sul cantiere e guidando squadre e fornitori con metodo, disciplina e orientamento al risultato. In particolare: Pianificazione delle commesse: organizzare il susseguirsi dei cantieri sul lungo periodo, in base alle scadenze contrattuali, durata dei cantieri, ecc. Pianificazione montaggi prefabbricati: programmare le attività dall'avvio del cantiere al termine del montaggio. Programmare gli step operativi giornalieri/settimanali, e seguire l'avanzamento dei lavori. Coordinamento squadre di cantiere e subappaltatori: organizzazione, controllo operatività, gestione comportamenti e standard (es. riduzione inefficienze). Interfaccia con clienti: gestione richieste e criticità con approccio pratico (es. rimodulare l'ordine di montaggio per rispettare esigenze del cliente senza perdere controllo su tempi/costi). Controllo tempi / contratti / spedizioni: presidio consegne, vincoli contrattuali, varianti ed extra. Valutazione e controllo costi: stime, consuntivi, supporto alla marginalità e gestione economica della commessa. Topografia e rilievi di cantiere: tracciamenti, verifiche quote/dimensioni e controllo esecutivo (in coordinamento con ufficio tecnico/DL dove previsto). Collaborazione continua con ufficio tecnico, produzione e logistica per garantire continuità tra prefabbricazione e montaggio. Requisiti: Diploma di Geometra (o titolo tecnico equivalente). ~10 anni di esperienza in cantieri industriali con responsabilità di capocantiere, o responsabile operativo, o responsabile commessa. Preferibile esperienza in prefabbricati o provenienza da imprese di costruzioni Competenze di pianificazione, gestione priorità, avanzamento lavori e controllo economico. Disponibilità a trasferte su Nord-Ovest Italia e occasionalmente Sud Francia. Leadership concreta e capacità di gestione del team, capacità di far rispettare regole, sicurezza e metodi di lavoro. Ottima relazione con clienti e stakeholder: comunicazione chiara, negoziazione, problem solving. Approccio pratico, orientato a risultato e affidabilità su tempi/consegne.
