Per importante Azienda manifatturiera del comparto siderurgico selezioniamo: HSE (Aspp) di Plant Di cosa ti occuperai? Inserit* nell'Ufficio HSE del plant e in affiancamento a figure senior nel ruolo, supporterai le attività di sicurezza sul lavoro e la gestione delle ditte esterne in un contesto produttivo strutturato e a ciclo continuo. In particolare ti occuperai di: Supporto alle attività di sicurezza e prevenzione nel rispetto della normativa vigente e della valutazione dei rischi Supporto alla formazione e informazione dei dipendenti sui temi di sicurezza aziendale Collaborazione nell'individuazione e valutazione dei fattori di rischio e nella definizione di misure di prevenzione e protezione Applicazione delle policy HSE di Gruppo Supporto alla raccolta dati per l'elaborazione/aggiornamento del DVR Partecipazione alla redazione/aggiornamento di procedure ambiente e sicurezza e misure preventive, in ottica di certificazioni ISO 14001/OHSAS 18001 Gestione documentale e operativa delle ditte esterne (accreditamento e verifica documentale; DUVRI, DURC, ecc.) Verifica in campo della corretta esecuzione dei lavori affidati a ditte esterne e del rispetto di sicurezza e qualità Supporto alla registrazione e analisi di infortuni, incidenti e near miss, individuazione cause e azioni di miglioramento Supporto durante le fasi di audit HSE e ispezioni Il ruolo prevede un bilanciamento indicativo 50% ufficio / 50% attività di presidio operativo in plant. Hai queste competenze e caratteristiche? Laurea in Ingegneria ambientale, Tecniche della prevenzione o background/certificazioni affine alla funzione di riferimento Gradita esperienza di due/tre anni nel ruolo Qualifiche per ruolo ASPP (Modulo A, B) Conoscenza del D.Lgs. 81/2008 Buona conoscenza di Office e AutoCAD Forti capacità relazionali e predisposizione al lavoro in team Attitudine al confronto e capacità di interfacciarsi con popolazioni aziendali eterogenee (ruoli e livelli di scolarizzazione differenti) Offerta contrattuale: assunzione diretta a tempo determinato di 12 mesi iniziali, finalizzata ad assunzione in apprendistato o a tempo indeterminato. CCNL applicato: Metalmeccanica Industria Livello di inquadramento: C2 RAL indicativa € 33.438,16 definita in base all'inquadramento contrattuale, alle mansioni previste e alle caratteristiche della posizione.
