Per potenziamento della struttura Operations, siamo stati incaricati di ricercare un/una: HSSE Manager con Abilitazione RSPP Il nostro Cliente è un'importante realtà industriale strutturata, parte di un gruppo internazionale, attiva in ambito manifatturiero e orientata a standard elevati di qualità, sicurezza ed efficienza. La risorsa, a riporto diretto dell'Head of Plant, avrà in gestione sia gli aspetti strategici e progettuali sia della gestione quotidiana delle attività HSSE, compresi gli adempimenti ambientali, la gestione dei rifiuti e del RENTRI, il coordinamento delle visite mediche, il rapporto con il Medico Competente e i rapporti con gli enti esterni. Principali responsabilità - Coordinare e sviluppare il sistema di gestione Salute, Sicurezza e Ambiente. - Garantire la conformità normativa in ambito HSSE. - Gestire gli adempimenti ambientali, inclusi rifiuti e RENTRI. - Coordinare le attività con il Medico Competente e la sorveglianza sanitaria. - Analizzare incidenti, near miss e non conformità, promuovendo azioni correttive e preventive. - Supportare il management nelle attività di valutazione dei rischi e miglioramento continuo. - Collaborare con le funzioni aziendali e a livello di Gruppo sui temi HSSE. - Monitorare KPI e predisporre la relativa reportistica. Competenze tecniche richieste Background tecnico (diploma tecnico o laurea in ingegneria/discipline industriali - preferibile). Saranno considerati un plus studi o formazione specifica in ambito Tecniche della Prevenzione nell'Ambiente e nei Luoghi di Lavoro Esperienza in ruoli analoghi, in contesti produttivi produttivi e manifatturieri, con focus nella gestione di sistemi, procedure e processi HSE Conoscenza della normativa in materia di salute, sicurezza e ambiente Capacità di gestione della produzione tramite KPI, metodi e routine operative Abilitazione per svolgere l'incarico di RSPP Italiano fluente; inglese utile per interfaccia con il gruppo (livello commisurato all'utilizzo) Competenze manageriali e soft skills Leadership autorevole e concreta, con presenza in reparto Orientamento ai risultati e decision making rapido Pragmatismo, problem solving strutturato e capacità di execution Change management costruttivo, attenzione al clima e alle persone Capacità di collaborazione trasversale e negoziazione interna Capacità di essere un punto di riferimento per le persone sui temi della sicurezza Comunicazione chiara, capacità di ascolto e 'fermezza gentile', autorevolezza Sede di lavoro: Provincia di Trento, con trasferte limitate se richiesto. Inquadramento e package retributivo: inserimento a tempo indeterminato secondo, QUADRO CCNL PMI Metalmeccanico. RAL indicativa €45.000-€60.000 lordi annui + variabile ~€5.000.
