Il candidato/a inserito nella funzione HSE all'interno della Business Unit dedicata all'automazione industriale si occuperà di: Mantenere accurata la documentazione EHS, i report e i registri; Fornire supporto EHS ai Contract e Project Manager, ai team di progetto e al personale operativo; Supportare l'integrazione dei requisiti EHS nei processi operativi, nei progetti e nelle attività di business; Gestire e mantenere i portali EHS del cliente, assicurando il caricamento accurato e puntuale della documentazione (es. registri formazione, certificazioni, permessi, report incidenti); Garantire la conformità delle qualifiche del personale e dei relativi dati, la registrazione e il rinnovo periodico all'interno delle piattaforme EHS specifiche del cliente; Monitorare le scadenze e garantire l'allineamento tra la documentazione EHS interna e i requisiti del cliente; Svolgere attività di back-office Hai queste competenze e caratteristiche? Laurea triennale in Scienze Ambientali, Tecniche della Prevenzione nei Luoghi di lavoro, Ingegneria della Sicurezza a o equivalente o Laurea magistrale Esperienza minima anche di stage in funzioni di HSE Conoscenza di normative, standard e sistemi di gestione EHS (es. ISO 45001, ISO 14001); Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese Buona conoscenza base del pacchetto Microsoft Office. Mentalità analitica con capacità di interpretare dati e KPI EHS; Competenza nell'utilizzo di strumenti di gestione EHS e piattaforme digitali; Esperienza nella gestione di portali EHS del cliente (preferibile). Orario di lavoro: dal lunedì al venerdì orario flessibile Offerta Contrattuale: Inserimento con contratto di somministrazione della durata iniziale di 12 mesi CCNL applicato: Metalmeccanico Industria Livello di inquadramento: C3/B1 Retribuzione prevista: compresa tra € 31.755- 34.090 annui lordi, definita in base all'inquadramento contrattuale, alle mansioni previste e alle caratteristiche della posizione.
