Per Azienda cliente del settore impiantistico elettrico / construction (fotovoltaico e sottostazioni elettriche) selezioniamo: HSE Specialist di Cantiere - Provincia di Udine Di cosa ti occuperai? Lavorerai sul cantiere di Pasian di Prato (UD) con un ruolo operativo di presidio HSE, in affiancamento al Site Manager e in coordinamento con il Dipartimento HSEQ. In sintesi, ti occuperai di: controlli e sopralluoghi quotidiani in campo; verifica del rispetto di procedure e normativa su salute, sicurezza e ambiente; supporto alla gestione ambientale di cantiere (rifiuti, depositi, sostanze, prevenzione sversamenti); segnalazione tempestiva di criticità/non conformità; compilazione modulistica cliente e aggiornamento KPI; gestione Quality Stop e aggiornamento documentazione qualità di cantiere; partecipazione a riunioni e coordinamenti HSE/Qualità. Hai queste competenze e caratteristiche? gradito attestato di formazione come HSE Manager; esperienza HSE in contesti di cantiere e conoscenza della normativa HSE; dimestichezza con documentazione qualità di cantiere; buon uso del pacchetto Office; precisione, approccio pratico e buona comunicazione; buone doti relazionali per interfacciarti con imprese e referenti di cantiere; disponibilità full time on site a Pasian di Prato (UD). Costituisce titolo preferenziale: esperienza in cantieri industriali, elettrici, fotovoltaici o BESS; residenza/domicilio in Friuli-Venezia Giulia o zone limitrofe. Orario di lavoro: Full time, in presenza presso il cantiere. Offerta Contrattuale: Inserimento con contratto di somministrazione di 12 mesi iniziali, con possibilità di successiva assunzione diretta in funzione di disponibilità e continuità su progetti/cantieri nazionali. CCNL applicato: Metalmeccanico Industria Livello di inquadramento: B2 Retribuzione prevista: € 45.000 - € 55.000 lordi annui, definita in base a inquadramento, mansioni e caratteristiche della posizione. Sono inoltre previsti: Ticket Restaurant: 8 € (ticket digitale) Indennità di trasferta (se fuori regione): 48 € / giorno per spese necessarie a vitto e alloggio Welfare: previsto da CCNL ove applicabile in base ai parametri previsti dalla normativa Luogo di lavoro: Pasian di Prato (UD). Presenza full time on site; per candidati fuori regione è previsto trattamento trasferta come sopra indicato.
