Job description

Auf der Baustelle entscheidet sich, ob ein Hotel oder eine Bürowelt am Ende so aussieht wie im Entwurf. Als Bauleiter Innenausbau (m/w/d) in Hamburg sorgst du dafür, dass das gelingt. Du steuerst die Nachunternehmer vor Ort, hast Termine und Kosten im Griff und bist für unsere Kund*innen die Person, auf die sie sich verlassen.

Dein Profil:

  • Du hast eine bautechnische Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder in der Architektur abgeschlossen.
  • Du hast fundierte Erfahrung in der Bauausführung und weißt, worauf es auf einer Baustelle ankommt.
  • Du kannst mehrere Nachunternehmer gleichzeitig koordinieren und behältst dabei Qualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit im Blick.
  • Du arbeitest dich schnell in komplexe technische Themen ein.
  • Du gehst gerne auf Kund*innen zu und arbeitest gut mit Menschen aus unterschiedlichen Disziplinen zusammen.
  • Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch. Englisch ist sehr wünschenswert, da du regelmäßig mit internationalen Kund*innen und Kolleg*innen zusammenarbeitest.

Deine Aufgaben:

Du übernimmst Bauprojekte im Innenausbau von der Arbeitsvorbereitung bis zur Abnahme und trägst dabei echte Verantwortung. Gewerke, die wir nicht selbst ausführen, vergeben wir an Nachunternehmer. Genau dort liegt dein Schwerpunkt: Du holst die richtigen Partner an Bord, steuerst sie auf der Baustelle und rechnest ihre Leistungen sauber ab. Das bedeutet unter anderem:

  • Das eigenständige Vorbereiten und Durchführen von Bauprojekten im Innenausbau.
  • Das Mitwirken bei Ausschreibung und Vergabe von Nachunternehmerleistungen.
  • Das Steuern der Nachunternehmer vor Ort mit Blick auf Qualität, Termine und Kosten.
  • Das Prüfen und Abrechnen der Nachunternehmerleistungen.
  • Das partnerschaftliche Abstimmen mit Projektleitung, Planer*innen und Kund*innen während der Bauphase.
