Keine Kalkulation nach Schema F. Als Kalkulator (m/w/d) in Langenhagen bei Hannover rechnest du GU-Projekte, bei denen wir als Generalunternehmer den kompletten Ausbau verantworten, von der ersten Grobkalkulation bis zum belastbaren Angebot. Oft findest du dabei den besseren Weg, weil du ein anderes Material oder eine cleverere Konstruktion vorschlägst.

Was du mitbringst:

  • Du hast eine technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung abgeschlossen, idealerweise mit Bezug zu Bau oder Handwerk, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Du hast schon Projekte kalkuliert oder Angebote erstellt, zum Beispiel bei einem Generalunternehmer, in einem Bauunternehmen oder im Innenausbau.
  • Du kannst technische Zeichnungen und Leistungsverzeichnisse lesen und hast ein gutes Gespür dafür, wie Dinge gebaut werden.
  • Du arbeitest sicher mit Excel und gehst genau mit Zahlen und Budgets um.
  • Du stimmst dich gerne mit vielen Beteiligten ab und kannst gut eigenverantwortlich arbeiten.
  • Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch. Englisch ist sehr wünschenswert, weil du auch mit internationalen Kund*innen und Kolleg*innen zu tun hast.

Deine Aufgaben:

Bei uns bist du nicht die Person, die am Ende nur Zahlen zusammenträgt. Schon in der Angebotsphase sitzt du mit Account- und Projektmanagement am Tisch, wertest Pläne und Leistungsverzeichnisse aus und entwickelst Alternativen, wenn Budget und Entwurf nicht zusammenpassen. Dabei bewertest du alle Gewerke eines Projekts, von der Decke bis zum Bodenbelag, mit Preisen von Nachunternehmern und eigenen Erfahrungswerten.

Das bedeutet unter anderem:

  • Das Erstellen detaillierter Kostenkalkulationen und Angebote für unsere GU-Projekte.
  • Das Auswerten von Plänen, Ausschreibungsunterlagen und Leistungsverzeichnissen.
  • Das Ermitteln von Mengen und Kosten über alle Gewerke hinweg.
  • Das Einholen und Einarbeiten von Richtpreisen für Nachunternehmerleistungen in Abstimmung mit dem Einkauf.
  • Das Ausarbeiten von Alternativen zu Materialien, Konstruktionen und Produktionsmethoden.
  • Das Abstimmen von Strategie und Prioritäten in Kick-off-Meetings mit Account- und Projektmanagement.
  • Das Weiterentwickeln unserer Kalkulationsgrundlagen und Kennzahlen.
