Wenn auf der Baustelle ein Nachtrag fällig wird, weiß die Projektleitung, dass du die Unterlagen schon parat hast. Als Projektassistenz (m/w/d) für unsere Innenausbau- und Turnkey-Projekte in Langenhagen bei Hannover sorgst du dafür, dass sich die Projektleitung auf die Baustelle konzentrieren kann. Du kannst in Voll- oder Teilzeit bei uns einsteigen.

Was du mitbringst:

  • Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung abgeschlossen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, zum Beispiel durch Erfahrung in einem Ingenieurbüro.
  • Du hast bereits als Projektassistenz gearbeitet, idealerweise im Innenausbau oder in der Baubranche.
  • Du kannst gut selbständig arbeiten und behältst auch bei mehreren Projekten den Überblick.
  • Du kommunizierst gerne und bist für Kolleg*innen und Partner eine verlässliche Ansprechperson.
  • Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch und kannst dich mündlich wie schriftlich sicher auf Englisch verständigen.
  • Du arbeitest sicher mit MS Office. Erste Erfahrung im Controlling ist ein Plus.

Deine Aufgaben:

Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen Kund*innen, Lieferanten, Nachunternehmern und dem Projektteam, auf Deutsch wie auf Englisch. Das Besondere daran: Du begleitest Projekte von der Angebotsphase bis zur Abrechnung und erlebst mit, wie aus Plänen fertige Hotels oder Büros werden.

Das bedeutet unter anderem:

  • Das Organisieren administrativer Abläufe für die Projektleitung.
  • Das revisionssichere Pflegen und Prüfen der Projektdokumentation.
  • Das Abstimmen mit Nachunternehmern und Lieferanten.
  • Das Mitarbeiten an Angeboten und Projektabrechnungen.
  • Das Pflegen des Nachtragswesens.
  • Das Kommunizieren mit Kund*innen und Partnern auf Deutsch und Englisch.
