1. 负责 AI 视频生成平台的整体视觉体系建设，包括产品界面、创作画布、Agent 交互界面、模板系统、可视化组件、运营物料与品牌视觉延展，保障产品体验的一致性和行业竞争力。 2. 参与 AI 视频创作核心场景的视觉设计，重点覆盖画布操作区、素材编辑区、时间线 / 轨道区、参数控制面板、Agent 功能入口、生成结果预览区等复杂产品模块。 3. 与产品经理、算法工程师、前端工程师协作，将抽象的 AI 视频生成能力转化为清晰、高效、易用的可视化操作界面，降低用户理解成本和创作门槛。 4. 设计 Agent 相关视觉交互方案，包括智能任务引导、多轮澄清界面、工具调用反馈、生成进度可视化、结果状态提示、失败恢复路径等，强化用户对 Agent 能力的感知与信任。 5. 搭建并维护平台视觉规范、组件样式、图标系统、状态反馈体系、动效规范，提升设计复用率和前端开发一致性。 6. 持续研究 智能画布、智能助手、AIGC 创作平台、视频编辑工具等产品的视觉与交互趋势，输出可落地的设计优化方案。 7. 基于用户反馈、数据表现和业务目标，对关键页面、核心路径和高频功能进行视觉复盘与迭代，提升用户留存、任务完成率和创作体验。

工作要求 ✅ Must（硬性必备） 1. 有过智能画布产品经验，或具备复杂创作工具、视频编辑工具、低代码 / 可视化编排平台的界面设计经验。 2. 有智能助手产品经验，或深度参与过 AI Agent、大模型应用、智能对话式产品的视觉设计与交互表达。 3. 具备优秀的产品视觉设计能力，能够完成从信息层级、界面布局、图标组件、状态反馈到整体视觉风格的完整设计闭环。 4. 熟悉设计系统与组件化设计方法，能够输出规范、组件、图标、样式说明，并与前端团队高效协作落地。 5. 具备良好的逻辑理解能力和跨团队沟通能力，能够快速理解 AI 视频生成、Agent 策略、工作流编排等复杂业务，并转化为视觉方案。 ⭐ 加分项（优先考虑） 1. 有 AI 视频生成、文生视频、视频画布、智能剪辑、数字人等 AIGC 视频产品设计经验。 2. 熟悉 Agent 交互逻辑，包括任务规划、工具调用、多轮澄清、状态反馈、失败提示、结果预览等场景设计。 3. 具备动效设计、交互原型设计或设计工程能力，能与研发团队配合实现高保真视觉效果。 4. 有设计系统搭建经验，能够推动平台视觉规范从 0 到 1 建设或规模化迭代。 6、岗位要求区分 - Must：画布经验；智能助手经验；复杂产品界面设计能力；动效 / 原型能力；AI 产品理解与跨团队协作能力。 - 加分项：AI 视频生成产品经验；Agent 交互设计经验；设计系统搭建经验
