1、负责开发人形机器人高度动态的运动控制算法，通过深度强化学习实现稳健的步态控制，确保机器人在复杂地形下具备拟人化的行走能力与平衡恢复能力。 2、构建基于大规模动作捕捉数据的模仿学习+强化学习框架，针对跳舞、翻跟头等高难度、非线性动作进行轨迹规划与策略训练，实现高自由度本体的灵巧运动展现。 3、研发面向乒乓球等高频竞技任务的实时决策与手眼协调算法，优化感知输入到力矩输出的端到端延迟，提升机器人在高速对抗场景下的预测精度与执行响应。 4、建立高保真物理仿真环境，运用域随机化与残差学习技术解决动力学Gap，实现复杂技能从虚拟环境到实体人形机器人的高效迁移与部署。

1、硕士及以上学历，控制工程与控制理论、导航、制导与控制、模式识别与智能系统等相关专业； 2、熟悉机器人学、刚体运动学、刚体动力学；掌握常用的FK/IK方法，熟悉Pinocchio等动力学库； 3、熟悉最优化理论、数值优化，熟练掌握LQR、MPC、WBC等问题的构建及求解，熟悉常用的QP求解方法及求解器； 4、了解IMU、编码器、扭矩/力传感器等常见传感器，熟悉传感器融合，掌握常见滤波器的设计与实现 5、熟练使用python等，熟悉 Isaac Sim、MuJoCo等至少一种物理仿真器，了解ROS2；
