岗位职责 1. 负责影视、游戏、短剧、电商广告、品牌营销及数字内容等行业的客户拓展与商业化增长。 2. 深入理解客户业务流程和内容生产痛点，挖掘视频生成大模型、世界模型及相关AI能力的应用场景。 3. 负责从客户开发、需求挖掘、方案设计、POC验证、商务谈判到签约落地的完整销售流程。 4. 联合产品、算法及解决方案团队，将模型能力转化为行业解决方案和可规模化复制的商业产品。 5. 推动客户合作从技术Demo → POC验证 → 商业项目 → 长期合作，实现AI能力的持续商业化。 6.建立和拓展内容产业客户及生态合作伙伴网络，持续反馈市场需求，参与产品和行业解决方案迭代。 重点拓展行业 1. 影视制作、电影及电视剧公司、短剧制作机构； 2. 游戏研发、发行及数字资产制作企业； 3. 电商平台、品牌方、广告公司及数字营销机构； 4. 内容平台、互联网企业、XR及数字内容产业链企业。

1. 3年以上ToB销售、行业拓展或解决方案销售经验，有AI大模型、AIGC、云计算、SaaS或技术解决方案销售经验者优先。 2. 具备影视、游戏、短剧、电商、广告、互联网或数字内容行业客户资源和行业经验者优先。 3. 具备较强的客户需求挖掘、商务谈判、复杂项目推进和商业化落地能力。 4. 对人工智能、大模型、AIGC、视频生成、世界模型等技术方向有较强兴趣和理解。 5. 能够理解“模型能力 → 产品能力 → 行业场景 → 客户价值 → 商业收入”的转化逻辑。 6. 具备较强的学习能力、行业判断力和跨团队协作能力，能够与算法、产品及研发团队高效沟通。 优先考虑 1.火山引擎、阿里云、腾讯云、百度智能云等AI/云产品销售经验； 2.有大模型、视频生成、AIGC或企业级AI解决方案商业化经验； 3.拥有头部影视、游戏、短剧、广告、电商或内容平台客户资源； 4.成功推动AI技术从Demo、POC走向付费项目和规模化应用。
