1. 参与设计具身智能VLA（Vision-Language-Action，视觉-语言-动作）多模态训练框架，针对语言输入、视觉信息、动作决策及其他模态输入完成协同建模； 2. 设计并优化高效分布式训练框架，支持万小时级数据的高效训练，优化训练过程中计算、显存等资源消耗，提升整体资源利用率； 3. 构建高性能推理部署系统，提升模型推理性能；支持模型快速部署至不同机型，并保障部署后模型效果与训练态对齐； 4. 持续跟进业界技术进展，调研新的训练优化方向，将前沿技术集成到训练框架中并验证落地效果； 5. 与算法工程团队深度协作，针对项目实际问题进行定制化优化，保障框架稳定性与性能。

1. 扎实的Python/C++工程开发能力，具备良好的编码规范，能够独立完成复杂系统的设计、开发、调试与维护； 2. 精通PyTorch等主流训练框架，深入理解框架核心模块（如分布式训练、自动微分、显存优化等）的实现细节，有训练框架开发/维护的实际项目经验； 3. 深入理解VLM（Vision-Language Model，视觉语言模型）/VLA技术原理，具备VLA多模态框架的实际开发或落地经验； 4. 具备良好的沟通协作能力、快速学习能力，有钻研复杂技术问题的意愿和能力。

【加分项】 1. 有VLM/VLA/世界模型等方向的研究或工程落地经验； 2. 具备具身机器人、自动驾驶等领域的工程研发经验； 3. 在ICRA/IROS/CORL/CVPR等机器人/计算机视觉顶会有论文发表经历； 4. 熟悉主流机器人仿真平台（如Gazebo、Webots、Isaac Sim等）或实际机器人/机械臂开发调试经验； 5. 有大规模分布式训练、多模态模型推理部署的实战经验。
