职位描述 作为灵巧手方向团队负责人，从零主导下一代人形机器人多指灵巧手完整研发，覆盖整机架构、机械本体、驱动传动、多模态触觉感知、底层伺服控制，完成从原理样机‑DVT/PVT到小批量交付。 与人形具身智能（VLA/强化学习）算法团队深度协同，定义硬件与接口，平衡性能、重量、BOM成本与可靠性，打造商用级灵巧手产品。 制定灵巧手技术路线、整机指标与技术路标，评估绳驱/微型直驱等方案，输出规格定义。 统筹机械结构、驱动系统、触觉传感器集成开发，解决高功率密度传动、狭小空间集成、触觉感知、传动耦合等工程难题。 定义总线通信与底层伺服控制能力，输出标准化接口，配合算法团队完成硬件‑仿真协同适配。 搭建机械、电子、控制研发团队，负责招聘、任务拆解、技术评审与人才培养；对接供应链外协，建立可靠性测试体系，推动样机迭代与小批量试产落地。

任职要求 硕士及以上，机械工程、机电一体化、精密仪器、机器人等相关专业。 主导过至少1款完整多指灵巧手从0‑1研发并完成交付，熟悉灵巧手机械、驱动、传感全链路开发。 精通精密机构、微型传动设计；熟悉微型电机、编码器、力/触觉传感器硬件集成；掌握SolidWorks/Creo及仿真工具，具备样机向工程化小批量转化经验。 具备团队管理经验，能带领多学科团队攻克复杂机电问题，强项目推进与跨部门协同能力。
