岗位职责 1. 账号运营：负责公司微信公众号、微信视频号、小红书等自有媒体账号的日常运营与内容更新，并参与规划 B 站等新平台的开设与冷启动； 2. 内容编辑与排版：负责公众号文章的编辑、排版与发布，熟练运用微信后台及主流编辑器（如 135、秀米、壹伴等），保障内容呈现质量与品牌调性统一； 3. 平台化内容策划：根据各平台特性（公众号深度长文、视频号短视频、小红书图文笔记等）对核心传播内容进行二次策划与改编，制定发布节奏与选题排期； 4. 数据复盘：跟踪各账号阅读、涨粉、互动等数据，定期输出运营复盘与优化建议，沉淀爆款方法论； 5. 协同配合：与内容策略、文案、设计、媒介等职能协作，配合大型展会、发布会等重要节点的传播排期与内容落地； 6. 用户互动与合规：负责评论区与私信的互动维护，熟悉并执行微信、小红书等平台的内容规范与审核规则，规避违规风险。

任职要求 1. 本科及以上学历，3年以上新媒体运营经验，有科技 / 互联网行业甲方或媒体机构运营经验者优先； 2. 精通微信公众号运营与后台编辑技巧，熟练掌握公众号排版工具与后台功能（如群发、留言管理、菜单配置、数据分析等）； 3. 熟悉微信、小红书等平台的运营流程与平台规范，理解其内容生态、流量逻辑、社区规范与审核机制，能够有效解决实际运营中的技术与平台规范问题，有实际运营案例； 4. 文字功底扎实，具备独立选题、撰写与编辑能力，能把技术内容转译为符合平台调性的大众语言； 5. 有数据意识与结果导向，细致靠谱，能配合重大节点的高强度工作。

加分项 • 对AI行业尤其是世界模型有认知，有 AI / 机器人 / 具身智能 / 硬科技行业的新媒体运营经验； • 有 B 站账号运营或视频内容策划经验，懂基础剪辑（剪映 / PR 等）； • 有从 0 到 1 搭建账号并做出增长的成功案例（请在简历中附账号或作品链接）； • 懂基础设计与审美，能与设计师高效协作产出图文物料。
