1. 围绕人形机器人灵巧操作、人机交互相关任务，开展算法落地工作。熟悉VLA 多模态大模型或轻量化感知模型搭配传统控制的技术方案，结合各类业务场景选型最优技术路线，完成对应算法的方案设计、项目落地与迭代优化。 2. 统筹算法全链路开发工作，完成模型后训练、微调、推理优化以及实体机器人真机工程部署，打通算法从研发到上机落地的完整闭环，持续优化端侧推理性能，提升机器人动作执行稳定性与复杂工况下的环境适配鲁棒性。 3. 持续跟踪 VLA 具身大模型、轻量化感知、传统机器视觉领域前沿技术动态，结合产品量产需求迭代完善双技术路线，沉淀适配多类机器人产品形态、能够落地量产的标准化算法解决方案。

任职要求 1. 计算机、人工智能、自动化、机器人工程等相关专业，硕士及以上学历。 2. 兼具深度学习与机器视觉复合技术功底，熟练掌握 Transformer、ViT、CLIP 等多模态网络架构，通晓 VLM、VLA 大模型底层原理，同时精通轻量化感知模型开发、OpenCV 图像处理、目标检测算法、机器人手眼标定等传统视觉相关技术。 3. 拥有 VLA 模型微调、数据集搭建、真机落地实战经验，或是具备轻量化视觉 + 传统规则算法落地实操经历。 4. 拥有良好的跨部门沟通协作素养，能够根据真机现场调试故障定位问题，迭代更新方案，擅长落地问题拆解与技术难点攻关。 加分项 1. 了解人形机器人运动控制原理，熟悉机械臂轨迹规划、夹爪末端控制、真机现场调试、实地数据采集全业务流程。 2. 有人形机器人真机部署落地、边缘端推理性能优化相关经历。
