职位描述 负责搭建并优化真机在线训练全流程，构建端云协同的数据闭环体系，打通端侧与云侧的数据流转、模型迭代链路，支撑业务场景下的模型持续优化与落地。 1. 端侧负责：主导模型推理部署、真机设备控制逻辑开发，确保模型在真机端高效运行，实现真机状态实时监控、指令下发与执行，保障端侧数据采集的准确性和及时性。 2. 数据闭环：设计并实现端侧数据（运行日志、模型推理结果、真机状态数据等）上传机制，优化数据传输效率与稳定性；配合云侧完成数据校验、清洗与规整，构建完整的数据闭环链路，支撑模型迭代的数据需求。 3. 云侧协同：配合云侧团队完成模型训练环境对接，协助实现训练数据存储、模型版本管理，确保端侧上传数据能高效支撑云侧模型训练、调优与迭代。 4. 技术优化：持续优化真机在线训练流程、数据传输性能、模型推理效率，解决端云协同过程中的技术瓶颈，提升整体系统的稳定性、可靠性和可扩展性。 5. 技术沉淀：梳理端云协同、数据闭环相关技术难点，形成技术文档和最佳实践，推动团队技术能力提升。

职位要求 1. 学历与专业：本科及以上学历，计算机、电子信息、自动化、人工智能等相关专业，1-3年及以上相关工作经验（优秀应届生可放宽）。 2. 代码能力：具备极强的代码编写与调试能力，熟练掌握Python、C++等编程语言，编码规范、逻辑清晰，能独立完成复杂功能模块的开发与优化。 3. 核心技术：深入熟悉强化学习（RL）、VLA等核心技术，理解其底层原理与应用场景，能将相关技术落地到真机在线训练与数据闭环场景中。 4. 框架掌握：熟练使用RLinf、Verl等强化学习相关框架，具备基于框架进行模型开发、调优与部署的实战经验；了解常见的云侧数据存储、模型训练框架者优先。 5. 业务理解：具备端云协同、数据闭环相关经验，了解真机设备控制、模型推理部署流程，能快速理解业务需求并转化为技术实现方案。 6. 能力素养：具备较强的问题分析与解决能力、沟通协作能力，工作积极主动，有责任心，能承受一定的工作压力，具备良好的学习能力和技术钻研精神。 7. 加分项：有真机在线训练、端侧模型部署、数据闭环搭建相关项目经验
