1. 负责人形机器人整机产品的模块测试，集成测试、系统测试与验收测试，涵盖机器人的运动控制、感知交互、任务执行、安全性能等方面。 2. 制定详细的测试计划与测试用例，负责测试方案落地与执行，进行缺陷复现、根因分析与回归测试，推动问题闭环； 3. 对机器人产品的测试结果进行全面总结与分析，分析整理测试数据，撰写测试报告，及时反馈并跟踪测试缺陷闭环，出具相关报告。 4. 参与机器人产品的故障分析与排查工作，协助研发团队制定改进措施，提高产品的可靠性与稳定性。 5. 跟踪机器人产品的市场反馈与质量问题，收集相关数据，为后续产品的测试与优化提供依据。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、测控技术、机械电子等相关专业； 2. 3年以上机器人软硬件测试经验，熟悉 Linux 或 RTOS 的基本操作，有人形机器人从原型机到量产的全流程经验优先； 3. 熟练掌握测试技能： - 精通功能测试方法，能根据产品特性设计针对性测试用例，覆盖正常及异常场景； - 了解性能测试工具，能对机器人的响应速度、续航能力、并发处理等进行测试； - 具备一定的自动化测试经验，能编写简单测试脚本者优先， 4. 具备良好的逻辑分析能力和学习能力，有较强的责任感和团队协作能力
