工作职责： 1.负责具身智能及世界模型的客户开拓与商务落地，包括汽车主机厂及零部件供应商、3C制造企业、仓储物流等工业制造的大型客户，积极参与具身产业的地方政府及国央企，商业服务领域的头部企业等场景客户。 2.与行业对口的生态形成良好的合作关系，包括机器人本体公司、机器人创新中心及实训场、云计算及数据服务公司、行业协会、高校科研机构等。 3.内部跨部门合作，结合公司现有能力及技术规划，推动方案的落地与推广、整合与聚焦，帮助公司完善方案及探寻新的落地场景，确保技术方向及后场团队不被带偏。 4.承担销售指标（合同额/标杆案例数/续约率/新业务探索等综合指标），拟定销售计划并推进工作落实，挖掘客户痛点，管理客户需求，完成商务拓展沟通和方案讲解演示，引导客户决策；负责对所拓展项目进行商务谈判、项目投标、合同签订及执行，并协助项目实施验收等全程工作，对项目全生命周期负责。 5.持续跟踪行业动态、政策导向、技术趋势与竞争格局，定期输出客户洞察、竞品分析与市场情报，反哺公司产品规划、商务策略与战略决策。

任职要求： 1.本科及以上学历，3年以上ToB销售经验，尤其是复杂非标类项目成功销售经验。 2.至少满足以下条件之一：有具身智能机器人销售经验、有AI产品销售经验、有工业制造大型客户资源、有政府及国央企客户资源、有影视/游戏/内容平台客户资源。 3.具备较强的学习能力跟技术敏锐度，可以快速判断及内外部匹配对齐。 4.熟练掌握销售技巧，善于处理复杂创新事务，拥有良好的团队合作精神及跨部门合作经验； 5.诚信正直，抗压能力强，接受变化，结果导向，能接受出差。
