岗位职责 数据采购： 1、对齐数据、算法、法务、财务等团队，进行数据，负责数据售前与采购 2、数据采购与供应商管理：承接 AI 视频模型团队的训练数据采买需求（包括电影、剧集、短剧、动画、广告营销等场景），能独立完成寻源、比价、谈判、下单全流程，保证数据供应商按预算与商定时间节点进行数据交付。 3、数据供应商拓展：定时拓展并管理供应商资源池，跟进供应商资质审核、试采入库，持续优化采购成本与数据类型丰富度；跟进合同授权与留痕，确保数据采买整个流程合规可追溯。 4、数据验收：协调数据工程团队完成验收、去重、清洗与入库，对交付及时率和验收通过率负责。 数据售前 1、数据产品化与对外售前：持续跟踪行业内主流视频大模型（如 Sora、可灵、Runway 等）的技术演进路线与能力边界，推演竞品下一阶段的模型训练目标与数据需求方向，结合公司现有数据资产，前瞻性规划数据产品矩阵与采购布局。 2、客户需求洞察与方案匹配：对接外部客户（AI 公司、模型团队等）的训练数据采购需求，基于对模型训练逻辑的理解，深入分析客户业务场景与目标，从现有数据资产中匹配可交付方案，或输出定制化数据生产建议。 3、数据方案输出与报价：基于数据类型、量级、分辨率、标注精度、授权范围、交付格式等技术维度，独立编制数据产品方案与报价单，清晰说明数据规格、质量标准与训练增益价值。 商务沟通与交付闭环：负责售前沟通、协调内部数据团队完成客户验收与售后支持； 4、收集外部客户需求趋势与竞品动态，形成市场洞察反哺内部数据规划。

任职要求 1、本科及以上，计算机、电子信息、自动化等工科背景优先，2 年以上数据采购 / 数据商务 / 数据售前经验，涉及具身、视频或多模态训练数据业务不少于 1 年。 2、技术理解力扎实：熟悉视频生成大模型的基本原理与训练数据标准（数据规格、标注体系、数据集规模、清洗去重方法等），能读懂技术文档，与算法团队对等沟通。 3、业务敏感度高，能独立跟进项目从需求对接到签约交付全链路；沟通协调能力强，责任心强。 具备行业推演能力：持续关注视频大模型赛道，能基于竞品模型发布动态、技术论文与开源进展，推演其下一阶段数据需求方向，反向指导数据产品规划与采购策略。 4、兼具甲方采购成本控制经验与乙方数据销售 / 售前能力者优先。
