1.负责具身智能数据采集基地的日常运营与管理，统筹采集团队，构建标准化采集流程，推动数据资产的高效产出与成本控制，支撑机器人模型训练与技术迭代。 2.团队管理与能力建设：负责数据采集团队的搭建、日常管理与绩效考核，组织针对性培训（涵盖遥操作设备、ROS框架、多模态传感器等），提升团队专业能力与执行力。 3.采集流程设计与优化：梳理并建立覆盖多模态数据（视觉、触觉、传感器、运动学数据等）采集、标注、审核、交付的全流程运营体系，制定标准化运营规范与作业指导书。 4.结合实验室/基地场景特性，优化项目排期、场地、设备（机器人平台、传感器、遥操设备）及人力资源配置，确保采集任务高效落地。 5.基地日常运营与ROI管理：负责数据采集基地的日常运营，统筹项目资源调度、成本控制与产出效率，建立ROI评估模型，持续优化采集成本与数据质量。管理供应商与外部协作方，把控项目进度、质量与交付成果。 6.跨部门协同与需求管理：协同算法、研发、产品团队，明确数据需求，推动采集方案与模型训练闭环的衔接，提升数据对感知、决策、控制的支撑效率。 7.数据安全与合规：搭建合规运营机制，落实数据脱敏、保密、追溯要求，确保数据采集、存储、使用全流程符合法律法规与行业规范。 8.技术与流程迭代：跟踪行业数据采集技术与工具（如遥操作设备、数据平台），推动流程自动化与规模化能力提升。

1.本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、机器人、人工智能、数据科学等相关专业。 2.2年以上数据采集/数据工程/数据标注管理经验，有具身智能、机器人、自动驾驶、3D视觉相关行业背景优先。 3.具备团队管理经验，能独立负责采集团队搭建、培训与绩效考核。 4.有基地运营、成本控制或ROI管理经验者优先。 5.具备良好的项目管理、跨部门沟通与资源协调能力，能独立推进大型采集项目。 6.了解数据合规、隐私保护相关法律法规，具备数据安全意识。 7.接受经常性出差，具备较强的抗压能力与执行落地能力。

加分项 1.熟悉遥操作、力反馈、触觉传感器等技术方案。 2.有数据平台或标注工具导入经验。 3.具备自动驾驶、具身智能领域大规模采集项目经验。
