职位描述 1. 负责各类关节电机及传感编码器的选型，应用及测试，主导参与机械臂设计及关节设计，负责机器人关节驱动器（伺服驱动器）及传感器的硬件全流程开发， 2. 负责关节通讯网络架构设计，包括通讯协议选型（如CAN、CANFD、EtherCAT等）、拓扑结构规划、数据传输优化及抗干扰设计，搭建关节与控制器、关节之间的高效通讯链路，保障数据传输的实时性与准确性。 3. 完成驱动器原理图设计与 PCB 布局布线，重点优化大电流路径、开关节点、热管理及 EMC/EMI 性能，开展功能、效率、温升等测试验证并持续优化。 4. 与算法、软件、机械等团队紧密协作，参与机械臂系统及整机联调，定位问题并解决硬件干扰、发热、供电异常等问题，保障产品交付。 5. 撰写测试报告，分析数据并推动优化方案落地，持续提升关节驱动器和电源分电板的质量与竞争力。

职位要求： 1. 3 年以上嵌入式硬件开发经验，有机器人、伺服系统等领域电机驱动器硬件开发经历，熟悉 BLDC/PMSM 及传感器原理。 2. 精通 EDA 工具，能独立完成复杂高功率 PCB 设计，具备电路调试与故障定位能力，了解 C 语言者优先。 3. 深入掌握三相逆变器设计、功率器件特性与选型，熟悉电流采样技术及电机传感器接口电路，了解 EMC/EMI 抑制措施，使用常见测试仪器（示波器、万用表、频谱仪等）完成器件性能验证。 4. 精通Buck、Boost 等 DCDC 拓扑满足多子系统供电需求，设计保护机制并优化电源完整性与信号完整性。，熟悉功率元器件选型与保护机制，掌握 UART、I2C、CAN、CANFD、EtherCAT 等通讯接口硬件设计。 5. 具备基本线束知识，了解硬件与软件、机械的相互影响，拥有优秀的跨团队协作能力和热设计、EMC 实践经验。
