岗位职责 1. 跟踪具身智能机器人本体行业技术趋势、市场动态、政策法规及竞品布局，完成机器人本体产品定义与规划。 2. 主导机器人本体全链路产品设计，覆盖概念构思、原型开发、工程化到量产落地全过程，负责机器人及机械臂等硬件产品全生命周期管理，跨团队推进项目按期高质量交付。 3. 参与硬件总体方案、结构设计、核心部件方案评审，保障方案匹配产品定义与量产可行性；跟进样机验证、试产及量产阶段，收集问题并推动硬件设计持续优化迭代。 4. 配合市场与销售团队制定产品推广策略、输出营销及技术物料；为销售、FAE 团队提供产品培训与技术支持，协助解决客户场景中机器人本体相关硬件问题。

1. 本科及以上学历，机械电子工程、机械设计、自动化、电气工程、计算机等理工科相关专业。 2. 5 年及以上机器人/智能硬件产品经理工作经验，具备完整机器人本体硬件产品从0到1研发、工程化及量产落地经验者优先。 3. 熟悉机器人硬件开发流程，掌握机械结构设计、传感器选型与应用、电机与运动控制、嵌入式系统等知识；有人形机器人、协作机械臂、移动机器人本体硬件产品经验优先。 4. 逻辑清晰，具备优秀的需求拆解、问题分析与解决能力，能承受高强度项目节奏；具备出色的跨团队沟通协调、文档撰写与汇报能力
