岗位职责： 1、参与异构平台深度学习推理引擎的研发，能够适配GPU、FPGA、NPU等平台，向上提供统一调用接口； 2、与感知、VLA等具身算法深度合作，包括模型/算子部署优化，性能调优，以提升算法工程化能力；

职位要求 1、本科及以上学历，计算机/通信相关专业，3年以上相关工作经验优先； 2、扎实的Modern C++、Linux、网络通信等基础，熟悉Python、Shell等脚本语言； 3、熟悉主流深度学习框架如Pytorch、MxNet、TensorFlow、TensorRT的一种或多种； 4、熟悉图像处理常用算法，掌握OpenCV，对CUDA、OpenCL有所了解； 5、熟练掌握常用调试手段和系统性能分析工具； 满足以下条件为加分项： 1、熟悉一种或多种嵌入式SoC体系架构以及软件栈。如：NVIDIA DRIVE/Jetson、TDAx、Horizon J6等
