跟踪具身智能机器人本体软件行业发展趋势及竞争对手动态，挖掘市场需求与用户痛点，主导机器人本体软件产品定义与规划，明确软件核心功能与性能指标。

负责具身机器人的数据采集平台、数据管理平台、本体调试工具的产品设计、需求跟进和需求转化。

主导机器人本体软件产品的全流程统筹，负责机器人运控、嵌入式软件、应用功能开发以及OTA升级的全生命周期管理；推进软件产品按计划发布上线，保障产品稳定性与兼容性。

参与软件方案评审，包括算法选型、软件架构设计、接口定义等，确保软件设计符合产品定义及量产、落地需求；持续跟踪软件测试、试产及量产过程中的软件问题，收集研发、测试及客户反馈，推动软件版本迭代优化。

配合市场团队制定软件产品推广方案及销售物料，梳理软件核心优势与技术亮点；为销售和FAE团队提供软件相关产品培训与技术支持，协助解决客户在产品使用过程中的软件相关问题，提升客户使用体验。

任职要求

本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、软件工程、自动化、电子信息工程等理工科相关专业优先。

5年以上机器人或智能硬件软件产品经理工作经验，具备完整的机器人本体软件产品从0到1研发及量产落地经验者优先。

熟悉机器人本体软件开发流程，掌握运动控制算法、嵌入式软件开发、机器人操作系统（如ROS）、传感器数据融合等相关知识，有人形机器人、机械臂软件产品经验优先。

具备较强的问题解决能力、逻辑思维能力及抗压能力；具备良好的文档撰写能力、跨团队沟通能力与表达能力，能高效推进跨部门协作项目。
