岗位职责：制定产线测试方案，开发工具，对接测试设备供应商。

1. 负责开发机器人产线测试方案，搭建机器人产线测试标准化体系，制定测试操作规范、测试工具使用规范、测试数据管理规范等；负责测试相关文档（测试方案、测试用例、测试脚本、测试报告、设备维护手册等）的整理、更新与归档 2. 根据产线测试方案，开发、编写机器人产线测试用例、测试工具，明确测试步骤、测试参数及预期结果；负责机器人产线测试工具、自动化测试设备的选型、开发、调试与优化，对接测试设备供应商，完成测试设备的验收、安装与调试。 3. 培训产线测试操作人员，指导操作人员规范开展测试工作；监督产线测试过程，检查测试操作规范性、测试数据真实性，及时纠正不规范测试行为，确保测试流程严格按照标准执行。 4. 收集产线测试过程中出现的测试异常、产品故障等问题，开展技术分析，定位问题根源（设计缺陷、工艺偏差、测试工具异常等），提出整改建议并跟踪落地，推动产品设计、生产工艺及测试方案的持续优化。

1. 本科及以上学历，电子工程、自动化、机器人工程、计算机科学与技术、测试工程等相关专业优先。 2. 2-5年及以上机器人或智能制造行业产线测试开发相关工作经验，熟悉机器人产线测试流程，有自动化测试工具、测试脚本开发经验，参与过机器人量产产线测试体系搭建者优先。 3. 熟悉机器人核心零部件（电机、减速器、传感器、控制器等）的测试方法，了解机器人生产工艺，熟悉机器人硬件、软件及核心功能测试要点，能结合产线节拍优化测试流程与测试工具。 4. 具备较强的编程能力，熟练掌握编程语言（如Python、C/C++等），能独立开发自动化测试脚本、测试工具，熟悉测试工装、夹具的设计与调试。 5. 具备测试问题分析与解决能力，能快速定位产线测试过程中的技术异常，联动研发制定整改方案，推动问题闭环；熟悉常用测试仪器（示波器、万用表、数据采集器等）的使用与维护。
