一、岗位职责 1. 参与构建面向具身智能时代的数据基础设施，推动机器人与物理AI训练数据体系的产品化落地，为新一代世界模型与具身智能模型提供关键数据能力。 2. 负责新一代具身智能数据产品的整体规划与设计。围绕公司具身智能发展战略，构建可闭环的数据基础能力，将公司领先的世界模型与具身智能模型技术沉淀为可产品化的数据能力，推动技术创新在产品中的落地，并持续提升产品对商业客户的价值输出。 3. 深入理解具身智能行业客户需求与痛点，协同业务团队探索并设计数据产品商业化模式，形成标准化产品解决方案，支撑销售团队进行客户拓展与项目推进，助力实现数据产品及相关服务的业务增长； 4. 行业调研，跟踪行业趋势，梳理头部厂商的具身数采方案以及Demo和场景应用，并输出案例与需求分析； 5. 协调研发、算法及相关技术团队，制定数据产线运营计划，推动产品研发与生产进度、质量与风险管理，提供产品的核心卖点，参与制定营销策略，根据销售反馈及时调整产品研发；

二、任职要求 1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、自动驾驶、机器人等相关专业优先，硕士及以上学历优先。 2. 3年以上产品经理相关经验，有 具身机器人、智能驾驶或AI数据相关ToB产品经验优先； 3. 对大模型训练、多模态技术、世界模型或具身智能相关技术具备较好的理解能力，能够将技术能力转化为产品设计与业务价值。 4. 具备 数据产品或数据服务从0到1落地经验者优先； 5. 具备 物理AI数据闭环平台或数据基础设施相关经验者优先； 6. 具备较强的目标导向与责任意识，执行力强，能够在复杂环境下推动项目落地； 7. 具备优秀的跨团队沟通与协作能力，能够整合多方资源推进产品与业务发展。
